### Should I respond to every dispute?

> No. Respond only when you have evidence that rebuts the specific claim. If the claim is fair, accepting avoids extra fees and protects your standing.

### What documents are always required?

> Customer communication and the payment invoice, on every counter-dispute.

### What happens if I miss the deadline?

> The dispute is automatically lost, funds are permanently deducted, and your performance score is affected.

### I already refunded the customer — is the dispute closed?

> Open the dispute and submit the refund evidence (reference, date, amount) as your counter-dispute.

### Do I get my money back if I win?

> Yes. The amount withdrawn when the dispute was raised is credited back when you win.
